Preparation and Safety

1. Rinse one duck of medium size and pat dry. 2. Sprinkle contents of this packet over duck. Soak and rub thoroughly inside and out. Let set for 1 hour. 3. Place the duck in oven at 375 F or 190 C for 30 minutes. Turn the duck over and bake until the duck skin is crispy. Suggested Uses: Birds, Turkey and Chicken
