Preparation and Safety

1. Put 1 pack of Maesri’s Tom Yum Paste into 450ml of boiling water. 2. Add 15 shrimps (about 350g) or 350g of chicken and 100g of mushroom. Boil until cooked. 3. Add 6 tbsp of evaporated milk, sprinkle with coriander leaves. Ready to serve (Serves 4-6)
