THAI PARSLEY: A powerfully aromatic herb essential in many Thai soups and salads. Fresh Thai Parsley (Pak Chee Farang) has a strong, pungent flavour, much more intense than regular coriander. It is the key herb for an authentic Tom Yum soup and various spicy salads (Yums).
